TERTIARY REFERRALS

At the Exeter Knee Reconstruction Unit, we act as a tertiary referral service for both arthroplasty and soft tissue problems.

We will be happy to help and advise on the treatment of complex cases.

There are a number of methods to make a tertiary referral:

Non-urgent referrals can be made by writing a letter of referral to the Knee Team at EKRU

For urgent referrals such as acute knee or prosthetic infections - Please telephone one of our secretaries found in the 'Contact Us' section, leaving your contact details.

Alternatively, email rde-tr.SKINetwork@nhs.net with a full background history and update of your patient.

Please note that we do not provide a bone tumour service in Exeter.
